Votive is an iPad video guestbook for events. It lets hosts create an event, invite guests to record messages, review or retake recordings, and export videos, photos, and highlight reels from the iPad.

The app is designed to work offline after download and setup. You are responsible for keeping your device charged, available, and backed up as needed for your event.

You own the recordings, photos, event details, prompts, and exports you create with Votive. You are responsible for getting any permissions or consents needed from guests and for deciding how content is shared after export.

Do not use Votive to record people without appropriate notice or consent, violate privacy rights, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or create unlawful content.

Votive may offer a free trial and paid one-time App Store purchases for event access or multi-event access. Prices and availability may change before purchase.

Apple processes App Store payments, taxes, refunds, and purchase management. Refund requests and payment disputes must be handled through Apple unless the App Store directs otherwise.

You may not misuse Votive, attempt to reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful surveillance, or use exported content in a way that violates another person's rights.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Votive. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, iPadOS version, accessory, or event environment.

Votive is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Votive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of recordings caused by device failure, deletion, storage limits, user action, or missed backups.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
